Milkbank.ph and Babymama.ph are joining forces to support breastfeeding families and improve infant health outcomes by increasing awareness, facilitating access to equipment, empowering donor mothers, promoting a national culture of giving.

Both Babymama.ph and Milkbank.ph believe that every baby deserves the best start in life, whether that comes directly from a mother’s breast or through a well-regulated donor system when needed.

Babymama

Babymama started in 2009 as an online store to sell affordable breast pumps and breastfeeding supplies. The founder is Michelle Ann Oblea, a newly resigned breastfeeding mom of one who was eight (8) months pregnant with her second child.

After 5 years, the first batch of three (3) employees was hired and as of 2022, we are now a team of 50 employees. The pandemic was the most challenging time in our history. But during this time, we aimed to protect our employees’ physical and mental health and livelihood. Although hard work and results are required from each employee, we treat each other with respect and equality.

Our never-changing commitment to our customers is to provide excellent service, consistent fast shipping, and top-quality breastfeeding and mom-baby products at fair prices.

Sterifeed

Sterifeed has more than 20 years experience in infection control systems for hospitals, with systems installed world-wide. Sterifeed is a research and development based company using innovative technology for equipment and the latest materials and designs for consumables.

David Colgate has been involved in the production of disposable feeding bottles since 1970 and first coined the expression EBM ( Expressed Breast Milk) EBM bottles have run the journey of continued improvement with the introduction of pasteurization equipment in 1979.

The Sterifeed product range represents the ultimate technology for the feeding of breast milk to pre-term infants from a donor mother or non related donor.

Sterifeed products are used by donor milk banks and hospitals, with 20 worldwide distributors, and over 200 pasteurisers installed in 30 different countries.

In 2006 we moved to our new purpose built factory at Kentisbeare, Devon. A base in the country with no pollution and good access to the M5 Motorway. The new factory also houses our world wide Distribution Centre.

Our new customer training centre offers intensive training facilities where our distributors can gain invaluable technical training from our engineers who build the equipment.
